And we live to fight another day.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm ded of the double cuteness of Emmett and Matilda.

What is even happening?

Scott and I watched the last two episodes of JoA S2, last night. I got angry all over again, that the show was canceled. Truth be told, every Friday, still, I miss it. As the day winds down, I start to think about the night, and get excited for JoA, just for a second, and then realize I'm not going to be watching it.

Season 2 was a botch job. I think a lot of the problem was Judith, or at least, she's the part I objected to, the most. I'm happy to report I'm enjoying Sprague Grayden in Jericho, because she's a home girl, and I used to eat at her parents (then) restaurant, when I was in my early 20s.

OH HOW DID I FORGET!

Lee, you so rock for posting those fantastic pictures. Thank you. Matilda is beautiful. Emmett is terribly handsome and gets more handsome all the time, and is clearly smitten.

"I make the attractive humans!"

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

EM just called me fathead after I emailed the pictures with the same claim of attractive human making. Some business about mothers and babies I don't recall.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Heh. EM is funny. I'm giving lots of credit to the mommies in this case. But yeah, they're damned fine looking kids, Hec.

Emmett's smile cracks me up. 10 years or more between kids is sort of an attractive proposition (although obviously out of the question for us). My older sisters ROCKED like rocking things and they're 10 and 9 years older than my twin and me.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Sprague is pretty, and I like her character. They should just make the whole show about her, except then it would be harder to drop, and I really should drop it.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh, I love that first picture.

Bwah! EM is funny.

The picture of Emmett and Matilda is gorgeous.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Emmett is so freaking handsome. He is such an awesome older brother.
