On the plus side, I have now watched 6 episodes of Joan of Arcadia season 1, which I finally got on DVD. I really love Amber Tamblyn, and so many parts of this show.

But since I have a friend in Boston - whose mom just got fiber - and they pulled out the old telephone system , put in when phones were new...

My sister and her husband are at the Elton John concert at the Saddledome in Calgary (box seats). My sister called me earlier during the concert, but her phone died. She just called me back on BiL's blackberry. Elton was playing Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters. Sis said "I can't believe you knew it after three notes!" I'm like, "you've met me, right?" She said, I'll call you back. Is there any song in particular you want to hear? I told her, you know which one.
She said, "Okay, I'll call you back when he plays Rocket Man!"
