Her expression says, "I dunno about this "world" and "light" stuff. I think I wanna go back in."
She had the classic newborn hangover squint. "Uhhhh. I don't think so."
She really didn't get both eyes fully open and focused until yesterday when I was hanging out with her in the NICU.
Oh, Matilda is adorable! I can't wait to see more pictures.
Baby baby baby baby baby baby baby!!
Wee Matilda and her mamma are of TEH CUTE!
So glad I checked back in! Matilda is such a cutie and I love her expression. Oh, and JZ is wearing jewelry in the hospital. Not surprising, but very like I imagine she is. They are both beautiful!
BABY!!!
Aww. So entirely unconvinced that this "outside" thing is a good idea.
Baby Aw. Baby Awe! Ah yes, that's the good stuff.
Hope you have a delightfully restful night tonight, parents.
For Jars: Edjumacation~ma, travel~ma, visit~ma, and have fun getting married too. It'll all be wonderful to look back upon, honest.
Goodnight everybody. I love you.
My computer is about to die of no power and I don't feel like getting the AC adapter, so skipped a lot to say thanks for the answers to my odd physiological question. I'm actually leaning toward's Sean's explanation (hyperventilation) - it seems to fit the symptoms pretty well, interestingly.
Love you too, Miss Bee.
Just talked with mom again. She is drugged to the gills. Oy. Better than being in pain, but man it makes for odd conversations. She isn't quite alert enough for the conversation to be humorous, though.
I'll take it as progress.
