I know this is sort of small potatoes compared to all the other medical type stuff going on, but if you could send a little job~ma toward Tom... he's having lunch with his boss to discuss his general lack of promotion, recognition, and challenges. I'm not sure what the optimal outcome would be, because maybe it's time for his to move on, but I'd very much like him to feel that he said what he wanted to say, and that it was heard and responded to respectfully, regardless of what that response is.
It's a stressful Tom day already, having had to talk to his mom's doctor (in Scotland) about her declining health and stuff.
Morning all! I had a terrible time falling asleep last night, but once I crashed, I was OUT. I slept until 8am this morning, which for me is bizarre.
I'm headed off to the hospital and then will be driving home. Or, at least that is the plan at the moment.

Thanks for the congrats folks. These mark the 6th and 7th time I've been nominated for an Ovation, and I actually won my first Ovation last year. It's kinda fun. The only bummer this year is that I'll be out of town designing a show when the awards come up so I'll have to miss them this time around.
