Angel: Yeah, I never told anyone about this, but I-I liked your poems. Spike: You like Barry Manilow.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Raq, may the rest of the DeathFlu recede ASAP--yours before Mal's, poor boy.

Aimee, you are a darling, and you made me all teary, too.

Come on, Matilda, Daddy wants to waltz with you today! The rest of us want to greet you and welcome you to the world!

New babies are exciting--this is not punctuation abuse.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hec said JZ tried really hard, and they could see the baby's head at points, and even tried to vacuum Matilda out, but she resisted, so c-section it is.

Because books.

Oh, Matilda. Stubborn girl.

Many soothing vibes for JZ. At this point, though, I bet the C-section is more than welcome.

That's exactly what happened with Jake, my oldest. Once in a while they really dig their heels in.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

My friend just had a baby three months ago, and it ended up that he had his head wedged against her hip. He was fine, no damage at all, but he just couldn't straighten up enough to make it out. C-section it was.

(In betting news, maybe I'll get the 8:30am after all! (Correcting am for pm and whatnot, blah blah kittencakes...))

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Stubborn girl!

Baby here soon, though. Poor JZ will have been through the wringer.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Ooof. Whatever it takes to get that baby. I hope the c-section is routine and goes smoothly.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Is that the name they decided on? Matilda? I was really hoping for the "a" name, though I can't recall it now.
