Um, no. You won't be laughed at. 1) It's the Komen Race - so it's not uber-competitive and there are lots of walkers, lots of people who can't actually run yet. 2) Walkers are a lot more accepted in regular races these days. 3) Everyone else is too busy worrying about their walking to laugh at you.
