Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

I feel like crap. I definitely have a cold.

One of our student workers had cold symptoms but turned out to have meningitis.

Ummm, how contagious is that?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Depends on whether it's viral or bacterial.

Mostly lurking...

I'm going to strangle a certain half.com seller.

I ordered my school books on August 14, 2006. One of the sellers I purchased several books from. I got all but one. I had to wait till the maximum amount of shipping time before I could report that I hadn't gotten it yet, so I e-mailed them on September 5. They finally sent the book on September 12. I still haven't gotten it. And, in the meantime, I have to go to the library at school and take out the book that's on reserve to do my homework, which is really starting to be problematic.

The thing that's really pissing me off, though, is that when I contacted them to let them know I hadn't gotten it, I SPECIFICALLY asked them to ship it priority. Well, they didn't. Grrrrrrr...

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I want her to go as a pixie/fairy. Joe is still bucking for Jack-Jack.

Maybe we'll compromise and she can go as Stitch.

My idea of her being Tinkerbell, me as Wendy, and Joe as Peter Pan go vetoed.

Dear Self, you have two batty candy dishes like that in black stoneware. You really don't *need* one in silver. No, you don't. Back away from the Add to Cart button.

Dear Self, since you already have two for this year, you should wait until November when it goes on sale, and then buy it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

My idea of her being Tinkerbell, me as Wendy, and Joe as Peter Pan go vetoed.

I had friends with two girls who went as Peter & Tink. The mom and dad went as Wendy and Hook. So. Fucking. Cool.

I haven't purchased the Robin costume for Olivia yet because the only Batman costumes I could find in Owen's size have those freaky ass muscles. They scare me. So we're rethinking.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I never get to dress up for Halloween. Ooh, except for last year, when I was Fall in a group costume. We won a big pile o' candy.

Family costumes could be tough.
