Ready is something that just happens, too. You could be on the biggest high of a new relationship yourself, and still feel punched in the gut, if you're not ready.

As much as I recognized the total pettiness of it, and as much as I wasn't as won over by Willow as a lot of BtVS fans. I will never forget her scene where she's figured out Xander has slept with Faith, and is crying in the school bathroom, even though she's back with Oz and happy with Oz.

Man, I have a twinge when I hear that someone I dated in high school is married. I can only imagine how oof! this is.

Oh hell, yeah. I really do think our old people should wait until we give them a written consent form to move on, and of course, we should have the right to rule out certain new, potential partners.

Well, phooey. Her husband's in class right now and even though they have an SUV (and yes, all her meatspace friends rolled our eyes and tried to dissuade them from getting one, but he was kind of squirrely on the subject) I don't think she could manage solo.

Ah, well. Hopefully their actual furniture will be there within a day or two (I know they do have one small sofa, because I sold her mine when I moved in with Hec).

I feel totally sorry for the cat (although the cat went to nip, not just smack), but I still think it's hysterical. I find lots of (probably inappropriate) things hysterical. It's kind of sick, and it happens in my sick little mind, on a way bigger scale than Olivia and the kitty. Besides, Olivia's 7 months old. She can't do much damage with a plastic shovel. Yet.

Must do work, must do work. I need to:

• Plan tomorrow morning's meeting in which we discuss reusing, not rewriting, content (for the forty billionth time).
• Plan Wednesday's presentation on applying conditions in CMS.
• Have 4 meetings.
• Generate report of conditions being used to come up with metadata plan.
• Compare a training doc to a manual to see where reuse could (should) be happening.
• Finalize best practices for deleting content from CMS.
• Write down dates for school stuff, which starts next week (!!).
