Yesterday was a minor hell day. I got the worst sick sinus headace I've ever had - as in very active nausua for about ten hours straight. As in sucking on ice most of the day, and could finally get down seltzer around midnight, which was when head finally stopped hurting.
Better today, but somewhat washed out. Able to handle softboiled eggs, chicken soup, apple juice and such.
