Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Gee, Brenda, thanks for all the menstruation.

Hey, you can't blame just her, she and I repelled the invaders at the same time.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Damn you, too Commie Connie.

The old Soviet anthem was a very toe-tapping song.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

When we buy disposables (sadly, daycare requires them), we don't do store brands. They've never worked for us. In fact, when I can't get someone to hit Costco for me, I splurge on the Pampers.

I did try the "greener" options, but they blew.

So it's cloth at home, Pampers or Huggies on the go.

Ah'll be takin' these Huggies, and uh, whatever cash you've got in the register....

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Ah'll be takin' these Huggies, and uh, whatever cash you've got in the register....

I'm not sure if I'm more in love with Sean or terrified by the thought of Plei being played by Nic Cage.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I finally repelled the Commie boarders a few days ago myself. Thank heavens. Every month is a new experience. If even one period were just like the previous one I would do a dance of consistency. I just want to know what hygiene products to use on any given day each month. Funny, years ago I did know. Nowadays, it's total guess work, erring on the side of the Johnstown flood.

Brenda, I think Beth said Matt would be in Milwaukee starting Sept. 21st on through the next week. I've considered absconding with him to Madison, but I think he'd dig the museums in Milwaukee more.
