It is possible the poster is female - and wants to keep out complications - bu tI don't like the bonus part - it makes the tutor responsible, not the student - which doesn't sound like a responsible student.
ION, I may need an intervention. I've been fixing the paneling for painting - resting my hand a lot. While I've been doing that , I ve been watching DIY. So many ideas.... so many plans....
ETA: Befor reading my summary, try youtube: [link]
The commercial is this adorable little boy talking about a movie he saw with his mom. It takes him a while to get there, as he adorable-talks about this man who was fighting this other man and so forth, but the first killer line is:
And do you know what he did?!!? He kicked him in the penis. <long stare>
it then cuts to a screen "Need a good doctor?" then back to the boy, who calmly and seriously said my new tagline: "He was injured. Injured bad."
It's a commercial for health insurance.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YouTube always comes through. That child is extra adorable.

Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield does seem to be a valid BC/BS in Virginia.
Hil, the student may have had a bad experience with a male tutor. The bonus could be a commitment incentive for the student. The student probably didn't think a great deal about how it would be read.
No doubt my Bobby responds better to a male teacher. Doesn't make any difference to Brendon.
Thanks amych. I'm just hoping that he discovers a passion about something some day. He could be a professional reader. He can read for 12 hours straight.
Yes I do end up guest lecturing and teaching Master Classes at universities quite a bit. It looks like I will also be teaching a class at CalArts next semester.
I teach the occasional Seminar, but that doesn't count at all, does it?
I've taught legal research classes, and I am pretty sure Sparky1 still does.
I teach krav!
Okay, perhaps you meant something where people sit down more.
Wait, ita. You might be onto something. Laura, you
could
krav the boys 'til they do their work.
Hil, I think I'd respond and then evaluate from there.
