Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I've touted them before, but these are truly, the best jeans ever for those of us who are ass and hips endowed. [link]

I also am a HUGE fan of the Target to a T jeans. Designers design for tall women, and big women, but don't seem to get that you can be both. These jeans are long enough AND fit my ass :) for $30

ETA: just went to Target.com to get a link, and they don't make them anymore! ARGH! best. deal. ever. Old Navy jeans are too short for me!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

LOVE Target jeans.

Old Navy jeans are too short for me!

Even the "long" inseam?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I am here to bitch about my hand. It feels better. but NOT better enough. I really need to reclaim my house for my own personal sanity. It is the worst it has ever been. Well, maybe moving in was the very worst. but it is horrid. All I want is organization in the public rooms and our bedroom, the ablity to use my kichen, and general lack of dirt. my hand is getting in the way of this

Now tagless for your comfort.

Hey, it looks like I'm going to be in Indiana in a week. West Lafayette to be specific.

Doing some work for Purdue?

one area of counter done. Who decided that putting a sink above the counter was a good idea. sink=water, therefore all sinks should be even or below counter so you can push water into them. d'oh

Doing some work for Purdue?

Yep, teaching a one day master class for the grad students in sound.

Ah, home of the Boilermakers. The team mascot named after a drink.

Yep. I've not been to that city since 1989.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Empress dear, I'm only flinching a little bit, and that's because I haven't seen ANYONE be able to pull off the skinny jeans/tunic/boots look. (Not to mention I've worn out my flinching muscles from my constant "But whyyyyy?" reaction to gauchos. People who I adore (like you, and the other half of the Gothic Fashion Hivemind) think gauchos are fabulous, and I Just Don't Get It.)

But in regards to the skinny jeans/tunic/boot combo, I agree with Jessica's advice. Make sure the tunic isn't too boxy.
