Even if she's not, are we really expecting a 6-month timejump in the next two episodes? So nobody's ever going to know for sure.

I don't know what to expect! Maybe we'll get a montage at the end of the last episode showing what everyone is doing 20 years from now when it's summer again. Or however that works. You know, when the Doom of Valyria has spread over everywhere except the Land of Always Winter.

Somebody on io9 posted a crazy fan theory that the prophecy of Azor Ahai will come true when Jon executes Dany for treason against the realm by stabbing her through the heart with Ice (rebuilt). Which I now want to be true so badly because I want to final shot of the show to be Jon miserable on the throne, then a pan out to the tomb where Dany lies. The camera zooms in on her face, and her eyes open, glowing blue; fire and ice, finally combined as the reign of the Night Queen begins.

But now? They did a decent job there for awhile. It's hard to believe the guys who gave us so many juicy twists and great characterization thought THIS was a bangup way to end the season. Series. Whatever.
