Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

In the books at least, Ghost was having to range farther and farther afield to hunt because of the winter and the increased population around the Wall with all the Wildlings moving in, so John and Co. didn't see him as much. Don't know if that's the same reason in the TV show, but it makes sense. Good thing he picked just that moment to come back and save Sam and Gilly.

I can't remember, in the TV show is John a warg, too, or not yet? Because maybe he was John-in-Ghost when Ghost came back to protect Sam.

I am all in for the Tyrion and Dany show. Yes. Also, Lady Olenna and Littlefinger continue to be delightfully devious schemers.

Theon? The actual worst.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Sansa telling Theon he was a Greyjoy and a lord was pretty great. Ineffective, apparently, but still a good moment.

I can't remember whether we've seen your whitefront, kat. It seems like we must have but I can't actually recall a scene.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

One of the new characters on Penny Dreadful reminds TCG and I so much of Druscilla from Buffy in the way she speaks that we pretty much said it at the same time.

Art Crawl!!!

I wonder if we'll see a unicorn with John & Tormund.

That's not where unicorns live. Though who knows if that matters to what we will see on TV.

Anyway, glad to get a giant! And he's awesome.

That battle was fucking terrifying.

Art Crawl!!!

Uh- I think I remembered where the unicorns are.

The giant was awesome and the battle was totally scary. Was the other giant not a pure giant?

I wonder what Sansa will do with the news about her brothers?

The giants we met before were probably just as giant as this one, but they died too soon for me. This one's aliveness pleases me greatly.

I don't even know how I want Sansa to react. Starks knowing that other Starks are alive, so weird!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Jon Snow starting off the Love's Bitch speech was a treat.

I really needed one of you there with me so I could have flipped out properly at "we're not friends... we'll never be friends..."

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hey, Game of Thrones, notice how you can have a really good episode—that is almost entirely off-book—without any rapey stuff?? Wow cool what a concept.

Loved the scenes with Tyrion and Dany, loved Sansa finding out that Bran and Rickon were alive, loved Arya on her first mission, and holy fucking shit that last twenty minutes was terrifying. The White Walker raid on the Wall that was supposed to be the "Blackwater" of last season or whatever was kind of boring to me, but goddamn. I wish they didn't kill off that woman Wildling, but otherwise, holy shit. Loved the very last scene, too.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

No rapey stuff, but not only killing her off, but the lady wildling's entire arc irritated me. Like, I knew where it was going when she put her kids on a boat, and then they made it worse by having her be the one killed by the ice zombie kids.

I am glad to have my assumption that Valyrian Steel is like dragon glass confirmed.
