Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Because books.

I guess winter really is coming.

In other news, Brienne breaks every piece of my heart.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Brienne breaks every piece of my heart

Mah giiiiirl. Gods, that was lovely.

Props to the show people for the Cersei-Jaime scene. That was the follow-up I was hoping for.

The Margaery/Tommen scene! That was a great addition/spin.

Locke made me say, "Oh, shit. Oh, shitshitshit," a lot.

During the Jaime-Tyrion scene, when Jaime made the comment about breaking him out, I said," Ummm, spoilers? "

NEW INFORMATION! THINGS WHAT I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN! (Everything north of The Wall)

Because books.

Margaery! YES. She really is as good as her grandmother thinks she is. Also, I KNEW Olenna had something to do with Joffrey's death!

Sunday is such a bittersweet day, because it's all, "Game of Thones!" and then, "But that means we're one episode closer to the end of the season."

If you go back and watch the wedding, you can see the whole thing play out.

Margaery! YES. She really is as good as her grandmother thinks she is.

I think it's interesting that she was so horrified that her grandmother would do that.

I still wonder if Tywin was in on it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

They really didn't waste any time clarifying who killed Joffrey and how, did they? I approve.

I had to look up who Locke is. And now that I've done that...oh crap.

Dire wolves should not be in cages. That has got to end soon.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Burn Gorman just plays a magnificent asshole, doesn't he.

Yeah, that mystery was not a mystery for long.

I had to look up who Locke is. And now that I've done that...oh crap.

Yeah, when he showed up, I was all, "I know him...who...wait. Shit." And then with everyone converging on Craster's...shit.

Dire wolves should not be in cages.

They should be FREEEE

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

So nice to see Gorman, even if it seems like it's destined to be a short-lived character! Nice to see the plot going slightly off the book-rails.

Does anybody want to whitefont me who Locke is (I've read the books, but the name means nothing right now)?

It's not a book-character, Theo - he's Roose Bolton's man.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

He's sort of a stand in for Vargo Hoat, without the lisp. And a simplified backstory.
