Woe to the fucking wicked.

I don't think so. Given how much else has been changed, they can probably get away with just talking about it enough to introduce the relevant characters.

This is my thought.

Amy, that is very interesting, and I am going to completely absent myself from the "Who Killed Joffrey?" conversation because I cannot keep up the pretense of not knowing the answer.

The "precisely how fucked is Tyrion?" conversation, on the other hand, I shall partake of. with enthusiasm.

So, I was thinking about The Longest 9 Seconds (I heard. I didn't time it) of Awkward Silence Ever, and I think that that is the best of all possible responses to that sort of Mean Girls shit. Long steady stare, then politely walking away.

Totally book-based comment: So, while the change in Shae's character complicates her death to the point that I'm really not sure how or if it will go down, it will make Jaime's revelation about Tysha super extra resonant and painful for Tyrion.

Because books.

That's cool, Debet!

Long steady stare, then politely walking away.

Wait, what moment are you referring to here? (There were a lot Most Awkward Silences Ever, I thought.)

Cersei and Brienne.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

No one happens to have found a breakdown of Bran's vision, have they? I'm about to just do it myself.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Here's the video: [link]

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Oh, cool. That's easier than dealing with HBOGo. Thanks

Woe to the fucking wicked.

So, I did the thing. [link] is a breakdown of Bran's vision.

What's weird is that I'd have sworn that there was a close-up of the Iron Throne covered in snow as well as the whole throne room shot. But, no.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Rewatching:

Rains of Castamere in a major key is oddly unsettling.

Margaery is totally flirting with Brienne.

It is odd that Brienne never, you know, talks to, like, Sansa. I mean, yes, it would be awkward, but, still.

Good gods, the acting these people do with their faces.

So, the Renly king is totally riding Loras. And the Stannis king is riding Melisandre.

Second time through, I was underwhelmed with Lena's choices in the final bit.

Because books.

I read speculation the other day that the snow in the throne room could actually be ash.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Never ever going to a wedding in Westeros

This goes on the list of Rules with Never get involved in a land war in Asia.

Just send some candlesticks and wait for the Thank You cards to find out who survived.
