Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Not unless they're discussing the programming with you. And if they're doing that, they should be on TV rather than watching it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Probably can't be repeated too often.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh man - so the union guys who work in the archive here all have New Jersey accents straight out of central casting (think Jon Stewart's New Jersey gangster character), and I just had the pleasure of listening to three of them talk about Game of Thrones for like ten minutes right outside my office before I had to jump in and explain who Roose Bolton and Ramsay Snow/Bolton were and how they related to everyone else onscreen. These guys should have a YouTube channel.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So...I'm still watching True Blood. I think it's because I'm jealous, that it has budget and mainstream indulgence, but then again, maybe they don't deserve vampires I like. They were given a shot at Buffy, and, Joss had to tell stories about monsters coming through a portal in New York to get cred...

Anyway. That red-headed brunette (I know) shifter runs really well. I feel in general that female physical capability is under-valued and therefore under-shown (oh, right, Avengers...Buffy...). But she was athletic, which was great. Then we segue to the sheriff teaching gunmanship, and why isn't he teaching gunmanship? It's a miracle she hit two targets in a row. Her hands were wrong, her arms were wrong, her feet were wrong. I thought we were way past that as an audience, that we knew what wielding a handgun looks like.

Even when a woman does it (coughBlackWidowcough).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I just want to know if it is in a contract somewhere that at least one person must think Bill is the best man/vampire ever, even when he is being an ass. I hope they give Jessica something better to do this season.
