And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My guess is they were worried Osha and Asha would be too confusing.

That was the stated reason, but I guess nobody at that meeting remembered there's also a character named Arya.

Rewatching this morning, and man, the inside of the Great Sept of Baelor is absolutely gorgeous.

I think it's easy to forget that the only people Cersei has ever really managed to outwit were Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon. And Robert was drunk most of the time.

And with Ned, I think she just made a lucky bet that his sense of honor was strong enough to completely obliterate any good sense he had. I mean, it's not like Ned was stupid. He was just too damned honorable.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

The thing is, Ned only had a couple of options once learning of the news. I don't think he would have survived long regardless.

Bwahahaha!

This comment may have made me laugh hard enough to pee a little:

Poor Ned. It would have indeed been easier to just walk into Mordor.

Wow, even on rewatch, I got super-emotional at the scene where the Hound stands accused.

Edit: I am a bit of an Arya/Hound shipper. RE-EDIT: NOT IN A SEXUAL WAY (boy I really dug myself in it this time...)

Woe to the fucking wicked.

t side-eyes Sean

She's more than young enough to be his daughter. Arya/Gendry, man, not that she, in particular, has any need of a man.

Because books.

I am a bit of an Arya/Hound shipper.

Seriously? She's ... what, twelve?
