Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I plan to watch it even though Sorkin is being a sexist jackhole in interviews and it ticked me off...I've also been reading about the show for months.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

True Blood - I do like how very angry Tara is. The Authority is pretty disappointing to me. Vampire religion is tiresome and Salome is irritating in a variety of ways.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

She is very angry. Is she still alive? I mean, undead alive?

I love angry Tara; it's much better than everyone's victim Tara that we have seen too much of. I like the Authority though; I think Chris Meloni is doing a great job.

I assume Pam will save her after that extensive flashback reminding her that Makers have Responsibilities.

Yup. I have no doubt Pam will rush in with the save at the last minute. I'm so happy there is so much Pam this season.

I like the name Sanguinistas, and the vampires that make up the Authority have potential. I'm willing to wait and see where they're going, for the most part.

I am considerably underwhelmed at the prospect of Pam having any sort of change of heart, so I hope it's a selfish epiphany.
