Premium Cable: The Cursing Costs Extra
[NAFDA] A thread for the discussion of all original programming on HBO, Showtime, Starz and other premium channels.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
GoT: Parts 1, 2, 3 and five are spoiler free. Part 4: about 5:41 minutes in -the producers talk briefly about something that happens in book 3 but nobody should get spoiled by what they say. 7:41 seconds in- somebody asks a very direct question about something that happens at the end of book 2. That is spoilery for anyone who hasn't read book 2.
Thank you, sumi!
Westeros interviews Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. One spoiler which they black out.
Torchwood: How much do I love a show that quotes George Eliot?
That's good, but Esther's stupidity is KILLING ME. First, she goes to the fucking house (like a ponytail is going to fool any damned body) and doesn't know that if she calls social services for her sister that won't let her in the door that the kids are going to be removed . She's been warned about her sister.

I agree, but who the hell is Rex to get on her about it when he could have just as easily exposed them by going to see his father?
True, but I would think that Rex took precautions instead of standing on the porch for several minutes, and then sitting in the car in front of the house making a phone call.
Also, he hadn't seen his father in 15 years and they theoretically don't know that Rex is in LA, so they wouldn't be watching him. His father didn't exactly strike me as being on the grid.
Woo! That is excellent news.
