Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

“Not dead yet!”

It was a CBS late-night show (“Crime Time After Prime Time!”) first, then it moved to USA.

Oh gads, Tom, you're right! I'd totally forgotten that.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Forever Knight was originally part of that line-up too.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Like the vigilante motorcycle riding judge.

Thrive to spite them

I used to work a closing shift so I'd get home around 11 pm and watch Crime Time after Prime Time, USA Up All Night, and lots of infomercials. LOTS. There was one for the Health Rider with dancers and choreographed routines and it would switch settings. Including one in a barn, with country sounding music, and girls in daisy dukes and half shirts and hats. I couldn't find that. But here's the health rider with dancers in leather jackets dancing. Edit I found it! I got the outfits wrong. [link]

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

God, I LOVED Crime Time After Prime Time. My roommates and I used to stay up and drink beer and watch Forever Knight. We called it BVTV (Bad Vampire TV). Also, my BFF's dad, who is a sweetheart, but generally kind of reticent, and I bonded when I was visiting watching Silk Stalking.

Good times, man, Good Times.

Art Crawl!!!

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau talks vaguely about season 2. Non-spoilery.

And if you stay at the link it follows up with Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke.

One more thing that annoyed me about Torchwood -- you're a fugitive from the law and you're still wearing 4 inch heels? Esther, get some freaking flats!!!

Art Crawl!!!

You know, she never told Eric he wasn't evil in the books. . . I don't know why the show decided to go that way.

ION, filming on Season 2 of GoT started today in Belfast - it finishes in December. WIC has a handy dandy filming map in case you want to know where they're filming. . . and they've got their Belfast clock up again.

Because books.

Clip from the SDCC Game of Thrones panel. I only watched up to the 5:15 mark, so I don't know if gets spoilery after that.

The first question is for Jason Momoa, who really needs a publicist to teach him how to answer questions and/or make jokes. Yikes.
