Man, I'm a wreck. I just marathoned all of Game of Thrones culminating with the season finale.

A year.

Well, I've waited longer for A Song of Ice and Fire to continue. . .

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Nice. I plan on doing that as soon as I have 10 hours to devote to the project.

In one day? Wow! The finale was excellent.

Yes it was.

I was worried about the dragons but they looked excellent. . . although I'm not sure that they quite managed the sound of dragon song.

I love how they gave Sansa a momentary notion of pushing Joffrey off that bridge.

Loved that, but I wish she had actually done it. I really want her to be redeemed for being such an idiot in the beginning of the season I can't wait for next year!

I haven't read the books, so I don't know how that scene plays out in them, but I thought it was visually stunning.

Well, the Hound saved her from doing it.

Yes, that scene was very well done. I was also worried about how they'd do the dragons, but they looked good. There was a lot of awesome in that finale but I think I love the Night's Watch best right now.

The more I think about the scene of Maester Peycelle doing his calisthenics - the funnier it becomes.

Also - from the book: As Daenerys Targaryen rose to her feet, her black hissed, pale smoke venting from its mouth and nostrils. The other two pulled away from her breasts and added their voices to the call, translucent wings unfolding and stirring the air, and for the first time in hundreds of years, the night came alive with the music of dragons.
