I suspect that is the case, and they should have tried to make it a little clearer.
We should be seeing more of the Brothers Clegane: Gregor ( who cut his horse's head off) and especially Sandor (the guy with the burns) by and by.
Have we seen the dragon skulls before now? They get described enough in the books, but I don't think they've shown up until now.
No, that is the first time we see them.
(It's not for nothing she played Sarah Conner.)

I can't believe I didn't recognize her until you said that. I just went back and watched a scene with her and slapped my head a few more times.
Also, as someone who *hasn't* read the books, I'm finding it really hard to keep all the characters and their names and their histories straight. It's very confusing!
I'm still unhappy that they gave Sandor's lines to Littlefinger (last week) but perhaps it was best to explain the Clegane brothers before we saw that fight.
Have you looked at the infographic, Jon?
Oooh, I hadn't, ita. Thanks. Very handy!
You guys don't have to not click on my links just because they're from me, you know...I do call out which ones are gross.
Your posts are always link-tastic, but I think I hadn't watched some episodes when you posted that, ita, and didn't want to get spoiled.
The prison cells seem a little useless to me, though. Generally you don't want a prisoner able to commit suicide, but there, if you really want to end, all you have to do is jump.
But if you don't care about preventing suicide they're spectacularly effective, and preventing prisoner's suicides is a pretty modern idea, I think. It's a dungeon, not a jail, a little psychological torture inherent in the setting just makes sense.
How many more eps are there to GoT?
There are 10 and this was #5. Halfway through the season.
