Uh, are we gonna fight, or is there just gonna be a monster sarcasm rally?

Art Crawl!!!

Right. The Lannisters and the Targaryens. The Tullys are red or aubern, the Starks have brown hair and the Barartheons have black hair. (In the books - that is.)

Art Crawl!!!

I misspelled aubern - is it auborn? auburn? None of it looks right to me.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Auburn. And definitely one of those never-looks-right words.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Vortex,

maybe I'm forgetting some blond people then! I must admit, I was a little lost with all the characters. I need to go to the HBO site.

The Lannisters are the Queen and her brothers.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

OMG, I totally called the incest wrong. I mean, I thought those two should be sleeping together because they were pretty, but I totally thought it was the Targaryens whose nookie I'd heard about.

A bit eyerolly at the bare-breasted drumming barbaric brown-skinned people. They aren't all non-white, but it seems that's where all the non-whites are.

Well, historically the Targaryens married each other - as in Ancient Egypt. (In the book, I believe that Viserys makes some comment to that effect in about the timeframe we've seen of the Targaryens so far.)

Well, at least my incest-dar isn't entirely broken.

Good god, Coster-Waldau looks perfect. I totally get what they're going for character-wise just looking at the angle of his jaw.

The hair is pretty wack. Lena would look so much better if her hair didn't look so exhausted. It's a shame, because the set and costuming is exquisite.
