Did not see that coming.
Deb's "fuuuuudge" in front of the kids was too funny. Love her.
Had to watch the fingers through my fingers. Is that irony?

Are there really only two episodes left of Dexter this season? I really thought Trinity was going to kill Christine. Trinity's insanity just keeps on unfolding, episode by episode. Yeesh.
I'm afraid of the promised final shocking twist.
Me too. We already know Trinity finds out who he is and where he lives. Leaving out the baby, it wouldn't be too hard for Trinity to map his destroyed family onto Dexter and his.
oh there is a promised shocking twist? hmm.
I tell you, I think this is the worst season of Dexter.
I can't really argue. It's certainly been really uneven. I think it's had some compelling moments, but it's been kind of all over the place.
The last episode, even though it had its tense moments, kept losing my interest. This season may play better on DVD, when you can watch the whole thing in one fell swoop.
(Does anyone know the origin of the term "fell swoop"? Falconry?)
From Macbeth, isn't it?
Y'know, I never like the machinations to keep a killer uncaught so that Dexter can kill him himself. Sympathy goes *poof*
Yeah, really, Dexter's had plenty of chances to kill him. Just do it! The guy's killed a couple people already while Dexter was fucking around, not to mention poor fucked-up Christine. Though I get it; Dexter's intention is to kill someone and he's picked Arthur, and that's that; Arthur's his and no one else can have him. The intent to keep Arthur from killing someone else is there, but it isn't the primary focus. Dexter himself probably has not thought about this much, despite feeling bad for the people who've died since he found out who Trinity was.
I really hated finding out that the snippet of scene in the previews - "I'm standing outside your house" - was a misdirect. I shouldn't watch the damn previews.
I dislike Debra more and more. Don't even know why.
