"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

DVR wackiness messed up my True Blood recording, so I'll have to get the later show (had to watch the end of Doctor Who while this started recording).

Compassionately intolerant

Poor Sam, he ought to have seen a thing too-good-to-be-true coming. Goodness knows, his hangdog existence has given him plenty of experience. I'm sad for him though.

The orgy scene with Nouveau French Bill and his maker grossed me right out. And caused my watching companions, who thought they might give up on the show after last week, to sit up straighter and murmur, "Well, this is looking up!"

Yikes.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It's interesting that one question was answered - that some people can shift into more than one shape. I think that she originally shifted into a doe because it's a very nonthreatening form, people think Bambi and innocence. Although a pig isn't what I would have picked if I was going "running".

I think that Andy will save the day somehow, in a drunken bumbling way, and end up getting reinstated.

Poor Lafayette! His PTSD is terrible! But, I loved that Terry was the one who recognized what was happening and helped him deal with it. I was terribly amused by "If you'd been on a gay cruise, you'd have more pizazz, not less!"

Art Crawl!!!

Well, perhaps Daphne does the pig because she is Maryanne's creature. The attack by the minotaur can't be coincidental.

oh, yes, that makes sense, but I was thinking that if I'd been Sam, I would have wondered why she would be a pig rather than a doe if they were going running.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yeah, the Terry and Lafayette scene was beautiful.

The orgy scene with Nouveau French Bill and his maker grossed me right out.

Me, too, but I think it was warranted as an example of how vampires might indulge themselves when they really don't care about human values. All that blood = strawberries and champagne, right?

if I'd been Sam, I would have wondered why she would be a pig rather than a doe if they were going running.

He did, he asked her as soon as they changed back.

Did they ever fix the water heater? It seemed like not.

And that is a house full of people who really, really need showers. Ick.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I never find Bill attractive but he looked damn fine in that flashback. Rowr!

Pam cracked me up.

It's the tuxedo. Tuxedos increase the hottness factor by 4.
