That's on the Wire soundtrack CD, which I finally purchased this past weekend. And it's Philly, not New York, Erika. I mean, COME ON!

Premium Cable: The Cursing Costs Extra
[NAFDA] A thread for the discussion of all original programming on HBO, Showtime, Starz and other premium channels.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
You know, you're right, now you mention it...although it's not that bizarre that I'd forget, is it? Lotta water under the motherfucking dam and shit. But you're the superior hardcore fan...happy now, bitch? (of course, I undercut my "hard" persona, by wondering if I should write it like this: Happy now, bitch?:) Emoticons are so not West Balmer. Instead of Snoop, or Bunk Moreland, I'm Harmony now.) I should get that soundtrack.
Also, I forgot to mention that Andre Royo is great as Bubbles. He acts with his whole damn body; there's always a part that's moving, like Bubs is constantly wired, unable to be still.
If Kima's dead, I'm gonna have to choke a bitch.
JESUS CHRIST THEY KILLED WALLACE WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF SHOW IS THIS??
Funny, that's exactly where my Dad stopped watching it.
This is one fucked up show.
I think it gets worse actually.
And I still love it.
It's really fucking sad. He was a good kid. He's not even real, but I'm sure there are Wallaces all over the place.
I think it gets worse actually.
How the fuck can it get worse? They start shooting BABIES?
How the fuck can it get worse? They start shooting BABIES?

George brings the pain, volume 1.(Seriously...man can make me cry like nobody else writing today. And yet, I am a huge fan and buy everything he writes. Either he's great, or I'm twisted. Or, you know, all of the above.) Which does remind me of Season Four, actually.
Because I'm weeping copiously, at the end, and my mother is watching me, like, cry for humanity, and she's asking "This is this thing you ran up our cable bills for?"
And I'm like "It's great. I love it. Mostly."
If we weren't about fifteen years too late, and alone in the house, we could have been a lifetime movie for teens, "But I Love Him: One Girl's Sick Crime-Writing Passion"
But it's the funniest shit that ever kicked me in the gut really hard. The part that kills me is that the guys at Blown Deadline say that that part guts them too, still. Which makes me hate the occasional Community Activist that posts in their blogs about Simon getting rich off the black man, and etc.
