All is well that ends in pizza.

They have them on each episode's page.

The reason I didn't think they were doing them any more, is that they stopped having them after "Army of Ghosts" last year, and had none for "Doomsday" nor "Runaway Bride".

But now I just found ones for "Smith and Jones" and "The Shakespeare code," so maybe...

The kids are growing up a bit, tho. heh.

Art Crawl!!!

Oh gosh, I loved that scene between Henry and the Incubus too.

(This was a MUCH better episode of Blood Ties -- I hope that the show keeps improving because Dresden Files is ending and BSG won't be back forever and I just don't love the Stargates as much as many Box-set followers.)

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

The kids on the site are KILLING ME DED with the laughing. From Dr. Who S3: " Smith & Jones "

But this is even more horrible. "Urrrgh! not again!" cries Harry, as the Doctor kisses Martha. "He'd never do that to Rose," Samuel objects. "Why did he snog her?" asks Adam. "I would," says dad. "Grrr," says mum.

and then...

Martha's identified as having "non-human elements." Samuel is pleased: "Oh, that's why he snogged her." Adam ponders this some more: "That means he stuck his tongue in!"

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Bwah, Nora! That's logical kid deduction! And they're right!

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

TDF: You know, there were some great Harry moments in there. I loved the bit with him freaking out about Bob being gone. It makes the move to human!ghost from lights-in-skull!ghost pay off so much, because I don't think that would have resonated as much if Harry (and the audience) didn't have a face to put to the character.

And also, despite being a dragon, I liked the Murphy moments. They felt very much how she would have reacted.

Also dug Morgan and Harry working together, and the grudging admiration Morgan had for Harry by the end of it. It was a nice little kudos.

I really hope they get a second season! I think they could do a lot more with it without the pressure of dragging out a tv movie into a tv show, and the crappy production schedules, and the crappy airdates, and not getting any shooting in Chicago. C'mon, scifi! give 'em money and time!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

TDF: I thought it was really well done, how having all these people in his apartment just highlighted how lonely Harry really is. He basically told Murphy/Drake that Bob was all he had.

The Drake was very sympathetic, which surprised me. (I'm calling it "she", just because.) It was she who praised and bolstered Bob's courage before he walked into the darkness. She seemed not only interested in all the humans we saw her interact with, but actually seemed to give a crap about them. (Unlike Mai!) It was she who sought out Harry to talk about the possible loss of Bob, and said "he means a lot to you, doesn't he?" while the other humans weren't paying any attention (well, granted they were busy trying not to die, but she was the only one who acted like the ghost was a person whose loss would be meaningful). She told Harry he was a good man. None of that was necessary to keep up the illusion of Murphy-ness. She "broke character" to shoot the rampaging Warden, and had to play up Murphy as freaking out to cover it (Murphy had been calm up to then; that was when I started to suspect her), and the only possible reason was to keep him from killing someone. Why do that if you're going to kill them anyway? She would have killed them all, but she could have done that at any point; and she did offer them a way out. Maybe she and Mai were doing the same thing: attempting to kill each other at any cost, even the cost of their own lives and the lives of other people, but not being willing to kill others if they coule avoid it. I wonder who the bad guy really was, or if there really was a clear bad guy/good guy. I really would have liked to have heard both sides of that story, when really we heard neither side. Mai isn't talking, and Drake is presumably dead.

Ah, Harry. Bless his heart, we need to see more of his friends on the show. At least his hot vampire brother. And also? I totally called that he listened to vinyl. And not just vinyl, but *awesome* vinyl that even Morgan had to complement him on.

Art Crawl!!!

DF: I did enjoy the Harry-Morgan moments. (Morgan's comment about Harry's symbology, for example.)

I enjoyed the little glimpse into Morgan, too. He wanted to play jazz! Aw.
