I'm askeered of B'craxy. Besides, the thing that's in there now needs to run its course before I bring up something else. And this shouldn't need a proposal and voting and stuff, it's just changing the slug, really, I think.
Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I think a link to the end of the W&P at the beginning would be a good compromise for the time being.
Shit, I forgot to take off my teacher hat. I'll be back to a normal human being in a few hours.

Dude, that exact statement is how the current brouhaha started.
Well, all the Buffy & Angel thread is being used for right now is Buffy W&P. We can always subtitle it "I love my dead gay shows" and use it for all dvd W&P. I mean, yeah, defiling the remaining thread for the show that gave us the board. But it's a very inactive thread, and this might be a good purpose for it. It could be used for any show that people want to W&P on dvd.
I really get why people don't want us to W&P here, but I would much rather move the whole thing to AIM or volunteer to be the one to do the "skip to here" post Theodosia mentioned than do this.
I'm pro skip-to-here. I don't want to lose more TV discussion on this board.
Maybe we should have a thread entitled "I Love My Dead Gay Show" for discussion of shows on DVD.
Oops. I proposed a thread. Sorry.
Huh? I didn't realize there was something going on in teh Bureau. My goodness, you've been busy little Buffistas in there....
when there was a DVD SPN w&p right after one of the parts of the two part BSG finale.
This was me, too. Usually, I don't mind the flail -- it's fun to see people get so much enjoyment out of the show, even though I don't quite share the same amount of enthusiasm. I have no beef with skim & skip. If the W&P folks can maybe take care to schedule the rewatch when there isn't a new episode of one of the Box Set shows airing right at that moment, then I'm fine with it staying in the thread.
I don't mind the DVD SPN w&p, so long as there isn't something else at that moment that I want to discuss. Since I don't watch BSG, that situation has never arisen for me. So maybe keep it here, but before anyone schedules a flailing session, they ask if the time is "open". i.e. whether anyone thinks they'll be something else to discuss at that time?

I like this idea.
