Oh, yeah. There was this time I was pinned down by this guy that played left tackle for varsity... Well, at least he used to before he was a vampire... Anyway, he had this really, really thick neck, and all I had was a little, little Exact-O knife ... You're not loving this story.

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

All is well that ends in pizza.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Wow! Looks like bad fanfic.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Wow! Looks like bad fanfic.

It's directed by Tim Russ (Tuvok) and he's done some good things.

It's basically a very expensive fanvid. Starring actual actors from the series, of course.

Andi and I recently watched his "Roddenberry on Patrol" and were quite amused. Also at the behind the scenes stuff also included on the DVD.

RoP is a take on Shakespeare/George Lucas in Love -type thing, made in 2004.

From the looks of the trailer, this won't be one of them.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I'm hoping they can find a nice balance of going darker while maintaining the quirky charm on Eureka. I need the quirk. Give me the quirk.

I remember reading during the first season, either here from Colin or in other in the podcasts (from Colin & Co.) or articles about how hard it was to find the right tone, getting new director's in that didn't quite get "it", but now that they have a season to look back on, I'm confident that they now have that shorthand to look back on and say "this".

And there's no way they could lose the quirk. Eureka is made of quirk.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Everyone remember that the BSG finale is running long tonight (by about 10 minutes, I think). Tell your Tivos!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

My DVR says it's long by three minutes.

Our wings are not tired.

Yay, the more the merrier, or morbid, or something. Eeep. I won't be able to watch until tomorrow night, but I know I will be reading the posts anyway because I have no willpower.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It is creepy and wrong to hear Claudia Black with an American accent.
