A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

I rather enjoyed that episode of BSG. Granted, my expectation for the show has fallen way low this season, but boy, was Mark Sheppard fun to watch. And long before he was Badger, I knew him as Cecil L'Ively, the pyrokinetic in that S1 X-Files episode, Fire. He's *finally* starting to show some age (honestly, when he showed up in Firefly, he looked exactly like he did 10 years prior, as if he had some freakin' portrait in his attic) and it looks good on him.
I liked the way Lampkin rang a ring around everyone. Given that last note to Baltar, I'm questioning if *anything* he said to Lee was sincere. I also found his kleptomania kind of cute. Heh.
The aftermath of Starbuck's death was nicely handled, I thought. I expect this would spawn some fic that have Lee and Sam run into each other's arms in their shared grief.
Kelly was the XO when Tigh was out of commission back in season 2, right?
You know, Asylum and Scarecrow are great in their own right, but MAN, they totally rock back-to-back.
I think Kelly was and I'm sure you're right about possible Lee/Sam fic.
You know, Jamie Bamber is cute and all (and apparently a very sweet man in real life) but he doesn't have a lot of a range as an actor, does he? He does well enough, but his inexperience kind of shows, especially when he's acting against EJO.
I can't believe Lee now has not only father issues, but grandfather issues on top of that. Won't the emo ever stop?! Please think of the children!
HE DID!
Jesus, and Dean's so freakin' good at keep things bottled up and sublimating his own wants and needs that poor Sam's just got no freaking clue how much damage he can do with a couple of well-placed words. They're such a mess, those boys.

They really are. I can't imagine living up to how much Dean lives for Sam if I were Sam.
eta: I just sent you email about Friday.

You mean the possible future children he may have with the woman who married him in lieu of his father?

And it's something I don't think Sam even really understood consciously until after IMToD. I mean, totally part and parcel of the whole mess that sent him out to Palo Alto in the first place, but I think that until Croatoan, it was an undercurrent, rather than something right there in his face.
And if/since he does finally understand it, it makes his asking Dean to promise to kill him all that much more fucked up.
