I think the tuning fork would do more damage than Metallica because wouldn't it cause his eardrums to vibrate?

Metallica at top volume wouldn't have just made his eardrums to vibrate, but probably perfortated that sucker. Some quality pain there.

Oh, I didn't mean it as a diss. I just meant loud music is loud music, period, whereas a tuning fork is extra loud for Sylar.

It hurt Sylar by turning his newly acquired pwoer against him, wouldn't alarm any neighbors or distract Mohinder and just looked cool.

Ooh, good point on not alarming any neighbors. Of course, the yelling and shooting would have eventually done that anyway.

I have a set! One for high pitch and one for low pitch. I haven't used them since school, but I'm glad I didn't throw them out, just in case I might have to confront a super-hearing homicidal psychopath in near future.

Actually, Curare is a neuromuscular junction blocker and just paralyzes people, and has *no activity* on the cortical function of the brain, so that was stupid science. But not any stupider than Mohinder isolating genes with his laptop and a high school microscope.

In addition, doesn't Curare tend to depress the breathing muscles? Which is why it isn't generally used as a method to immobilize people outside of operating rooms with anaesthetists working hard.
