I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Juliebird, you're cracking me up with your Kara Livingston Seagull.

Lonely looking sky, lonely sky Lonely looking sky And bein' lonely Makes you wonder why Makes you wonder why Lonely looking sky

hmmm, "Be" is much more appropriate.

Lost On a painted sky Where the clouds are hung For the poet's eye You may find him If you may find him...

Be As a page that aches for a word Which speaks on a theme that is timeless While the one God will make for your day

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Wonder if skulls can be regrown.

I would think so. Claire could regenerate after her chest had been split open and her ribs cracked. Only question would be if Sylar takes his brain, can he regrow it :)

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Hell, the Stan Lee cameo was more exciting.

Heh. I'm still stuck on "but... but... it's Malcolm freakin' McDowell!" part.

For fun and kicks, a picture of young McDowell with very young Helen Mirren: [link]

Vonnie, I'm as stuck as you. I like (and still recognize) Malcolm McDowell and wish he would do more stuff.

What is even happening?

Vonnie, I'm totally thrilled that McDowell is Linderman. I can't imagine who would have thrilled me more -- maybe Sir Ian. Maybe.

Hey guys,

I love that show despite the weekly "handwaving". This week, for me, it was Mohinder's binding Batman to a chair and then telling him all the plans to kill him...later...

Or the VERY fast laptop/biolab that evaluates DNA in a millisecond.

That stuff always cracks me up.

I'm happy for Milo though. He's wanted that freakin' hair cut off since the beginning.

I think April 23 is the most expensive ep of TV ever. They spent 4.5 million - rumors say. That is then followed by the most closely watched "very on budget" epsiode ever.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

What was the exact translation of the exchange between Grandma Petrelli and the Haitian? She said something about security, and the Haitian said, "Ecoutez. J'ai fait tous ce que je peux," (listen, I did everything I could) and I couldn't quite make out the rest -- I think it was something to the nature of "she was going to find out about it anyway" or something.

I normally don't read this thread, but I figured someone might want this translation so I transcribed it last night:

Grand-mère P: Au moins maintenant elle sera en sécurité...et pas grâce à vous. [At least now she'll be safe...no thanks to you.]

L'Haïtien: Ecoutez, j'ai fait tout ce que j'ai pu. Elle aurait bien fini par trouver sa propre voie. [Listen, I did everything I could. She would have eventually found her own way.]

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Or the VERY fast laptop/biolab that evaluates DNA in a millisecond.

That was so goddamn ridiculous I didn't even bother trying to understand it. His dad had been working for MONTHS trying to isolate the proper genes, and Mohinder comes in and does it in, like, five minutes.

Holy Moly, Batdude! Their advertising must cost a bundle.

Our wings are not tired.

I thought it was Isaac in the painting.

I have confidence in MM doing a great job with Linderman. He was quite sure of himself turning his back on Nathan. Of course Nathan was in a corner. Linderman likely has his own power.

Mama Petrelli also most likely has power.

A rewatch of the whole series will be the plan over the break.
