Okay, this song is a quartet from "Assassins." The first guy singing ("It takes a lot of men to make a gun...") is Terrence Mann. The second guy ("And all you have to do is pull your little finger...") is Victor Garber.
The other two people, as far as I'm aware, haven't been on genre TV, though Debra Monk is super cool.
Check YouTube for Terrence singing "Falcon in the Dive" from Scarlet Pimpernel. I listened to it about five times this afternoon.
