Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Espensen fit in great apparently. Her episode is hilarious I hear. I think it's about Fargo.

why am i not surprised to hear Espenson is embracing the geek on the show? ha.

glad the foot is better Colin. can't wait to see the new season.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I'm being all cool and then.... yeah...

Why do I think this will be the scene that gets put on freeze frame the most around the ita household? And possibly other's.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I want a blooper reel, honestly. I'm sure you all swear like trucker/sailor offspring, and we'll never get to see that because of the rating.

Weeee! This makes me so psyched.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Which would be more amusing - lotsa Buffy references, or none whatsoever?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I don't know about amusing, but none whatsoever would be better. Unless it's in the context of pop culture references that Zoe & friends make about the show from having watched it growing up, maybe.

Authorial shout-outs to their previous work strike me as sickeningly twee in most cases, and it generally comes at the expense of the new show's mood.

What is even happening?

Oh, I love the Jane so much. Just thought I'd share.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Oh, I love the Jane so much. Just thought I'd share.

As an unabashed Jane E fan, I'm going to share, too.

Jane strikes me as the perfect writer for Eureka--hellaciously smart and bitingly witty.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

For Colin's benefit, let me restate the official analysis of blooper reels: All boxed sets must have blooper reels! All! All shall crack up about nothing and laugh like hyenas and fall over the furniture in so doing!!

And film it!

Nutty has spoken.

hip deep in pie

I'm excited for the Eureka DVDs, because I managed to miss a few episodes here and there. I think Space is repeating the series, but I never remember when it's on.
