It could also be that Niki/Jessica were both using the same mouth, but different voices.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Also, way to leave your fingerprints all over the case.
I was thinking about this, and it wouldn't be completely out of range for his fingerprints to be on the case. After all, he was serving as security for the owner...

Good point. I was thinking that last night, but forgot all about it.
Supernatural Origins comic - for May of this year.
Oh, Matt. I'm glad you're not dead, but taking those diamonds is a seriously bad idea, baby. Also, way to leave your fingerprints all over the case.
On the other hand, he just possibly gave Linderman yet ANOTHER reason to want Niki dead. Who's he going to think took them? Unless he IS HRG's boss or associate, and therefor knows that Matt's psychic, my kittens are on him blaming Niki, given what she did to him before. Or, hell, blaming Niki even if he does know it's Matt, just to have another potential hold over her.
I\'m pretty convinced at this point that when Jessica \"died\", she jumped to Niki\'s body, and at some point we\'re going to see Jessica jump to someone else\'s body. I\'m not sure that Jessica is corporeal or not. If Jessica is corporeal, then separating the two of them could be something that DL could resolve.
I can\'t get my head around the idea of dead spirits jumping into bodies. It doesn\'t seem to follow the \"sciencey\" mythology of the show. I\'m sticking with Niki is schizo and has let her alternate personality, Jessica, have all the power. Given the proper psychiatric help, the two personalities could merge and Niki could learn to control her power.
t edit But I just watched The Machinist a few days ago, so that may be colorizing my thinking.
Think of it as a telepathic link between the twins, and Jessica downloading her mind along it at the moment her physical body died.
It was fun to notice for the first time last night that the captioning identifies Claire's dad as HRG.
You see downloading along a telepathic link. I see a skinny Christian Bale.
The two FBI agents needed to keep control over the murder investigations, so they connect all their victims and call it a serial and are able to keep all the local police away from discovering the truth. There was never a ritual involved at all.
no, I just rewatched (at home because my roof is leaking), and the scene with the FBI guy patching his wound very clearly shows several tufts of hair/ears of different colors next to a briefcase filled with spray bottles and a set of pliers. If there was no ritual, why would they bother to keep them and possibly incriminate themselves?
Have we seen either of them interact with the other outside the context of a reflection before?
no. and remember that Jessica looked startled when she passed the reflective floor sign and didn’t see Nikki. She then turned and looked upstairs to talk to Nikki, there was no reflective surface in sight. I think that since it was originally Nikki’s body, she is the strongest, but Jessica’s personality is stronger, so she dominates. When Nikki gets upset enough, she can separate the two.
I thought Jessica's reaction to finding out that Matt could hear both of them was interesting.
yes. And he seems to be able to determine the difference between thoughts and sounds now.
Mohinder! Watch out! Get a freaking clue!
yeah. I don’t know how Mohinder would know that it wasn’t Zane. I mean, he has the powers, there’s no reason to know that it’s Sylar.
