Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Poor Mrs. Bennett. Poor Mr. Muggles. Poor Claire.

I was thinking Micah totally knows it's Jessica, he just doesn't care. Because if they later write him being all surprised, I'll be mad. Micah is so far proving to be the smartest person on the show.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Yeah, so I spent the entire time watching Heroes screaming RUN!!!! at the TV.

Hot Doctor Mohinder has to be safe for now while he has something Sylar wants, but for HOW LONG?!

Methinks Mohinder knows something ain't quite right, or so I hope! There was a flash of nervousness on his part. But, then, what would Sylar do if Mohinder said no, no thanks? I shudder to think!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

So, yeah, Fool Moon that wasn't. I'm so disappointed they ditched the multiple and interesting werewolf types from the books in favor of Hollywood werewolves. Bleagh.

I guess this also means we won't be seeing the Alphas any time soon, if ever. Double bleagh.

Also, Harry's hockey stick is so not working for me. He looked like he was checking to make sure he didn't have a burglar, not like he was getting ready for a magical showdown with a werewolf.

ION, Kirmani (Murphy's partner) is such an ass. I can't help but be amused.

The two FBI agents needed to keep control over the murder investigations, so they connect all their victims and call it a serial and are able to keep all the local police away from discovering the truth. There was never a ritual involved at all.

Good call. And that's actually a book-level plot twist. Too bad it wasn't setup well enough within the episode.

Let's hope they delay on introducing any ghouls or Denarians till after their budget has increased or the FX house has improved.

Well, Nicodemus wouldn't take much to do. But Cassius and the rest would be poorly served by the CGI currently available to the show.

It was like "Look, a zeppelin!"

Hee! I take it someone's made it to Proven Guilty already?

I guess it makes sense that Bob can't go too far from his skull. Seems it ought to be a longer "leash" but that cocker spaniel joke was funny.

Yeah. I loved the leash bit.

I also wonder if Heather the Werewolf will replace

Well, considering the whitefonted character is going to have a drastically reduced role in the TV series, I wouldn't be surprised if they went that route. It would be kind of redundant to keep the book fate of the character. On the other hand, Robert Wolfe has been talking about wanting to use things from Grave Peril next season, and it's kind of hard for Harry to start a war if certain things don't happen to certain people.

Heroes:

Yay, he looked! Does he recognize her? There was a flicker of something.

He definitely recognized her. I think that was why he was all "You did the right thing" about sending Claire on her way. He was kind of freaked out.

Why would Sylar kill Mohinder? I think he's going to use Mohinder.

For the same reason he killed Papa Suresh. When he's no longer useful.

Our wings are not tired.

Hot is the only thing Mohinder has going for him. He doesn't seem very capable or big with the street smarts.

HRG has to figure out that Claire wasn't wiped. She's going to go apeshit on him about destroying her mom's mind. One would think anyway.

I'm a woman posessed. I didn't cook dinner or wash dishes for a week! I'm so unhealthy when it comes to reading, and I couldn't stop! White Night is on pre-order.

So, that said, I promise I won't comment on the reimagining of Storm Front until I've watched the ep twice.

I heart Kirmani for his one line of snark.

I'd stated at one point that I doubted they'd retread the werewolf territory in order to bring in Billy and the other aspects of werewolves and I'm still ambiguous as to the possibility. I mean, on one hand, it seems like they've written theire mythology for werewolves, but on the otherhand, shows rewrite their given mythology all the time to suit their purposes. So we might see the Alphas in some twisted form down the road.

Me? I hope they stay the hell away from the books after Storm Front, because I enjoy the show when it's its (grammar!) thing, and have to wait and digest and prybar apart any influence from the books. I can more easily deal with an alt-universe Dresden Files where Everything is different than something that not only takes a characters name, but tidbits from a story and completely twists it. If they do the first thing, then it's like twice the Harry.

I have a feeling there's going to be quite a bit of guilt on his part, and as such the fallout from that discovery isn't going to be as horrible for the parties involved as it would have been if HRG caught Claire and the Haitian talking previously.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm pissed. I went to the grocery. Purchased a copy of WWN and when I got home, it wasn't in the bag. I didn't even read the article while standing in line because I wanted to savor it at hom.

Feh.

Does anyone else think that Mr. Bennet loves his adopted daughter more than his wife? Mayhaps, with all the mindwipes, Mr. B. lost his wife a long long time ago, as a casualty to his mission? Mayhaps Claire is all he has left of a family (not counting his son, who is not currently an obsession of his).

eta that it's wife_ a, not wifea
