'Underneath'

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Art Crawl!!!

Did he turn invisible?

I didn't catch that.

Yeah, it's a close call as to whether the Peter/Claire shippers are going to be disappointed or inspired by the reveal.

I loved the Peter/CE part of the story and the Isaac didn't hurt either. I have to admit that I don't fully understand why Peter and CE stood so far away that they couldn't hear what Isaac and Simone were saying.

Did you guys notice the license plate on Hiro's dad's limosine? A familiar number.

Art Crawl!!!

Much as I like Greg Gunderson, Matt is BOOOORING and next week's intersection of the Matt and Ikkin stories: like the total nexus of snoozedom.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

he married a politician's wife. neither jessica/ikiN nor Claire's mom were the really first lady material.

yeah, that was a facetious hmmm.

sumi, what was the license plate number?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Stop whitefonting! There's no need for it.

Also,

Yeah, we'll just let you go after you kill the shrink

Not that it really matters, but I don't think the shrink was dead when we saw her last. It looked like she was moaning and moving a bit.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Fact is, even if someone had confessed to all of her crimes, she still was in trouble for assault on the guards and the shrink.

I'm willing to handwave that Linderman owns the cops and wants her out.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

So, what I'm scratching my head about is Eden busted Isaac out of the paper factory, but Isaac's working for HRG anyway?

Yeah, as much as I love Hiro, this storyline seemed like a major waste of George Takai.

I didn't catch where Sylar turned invisible either.

My big question, though, is if Peter can actually repeatedly use the powers of those supers he's sponged off of, how does he not become the most-powerful being on the planet? And won't Sylar be pissed. He's spending all this time eating brains killing supers for their powers and Peter accomplishes the same thing just by standing in their general vicinity?

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

But in the TV!verse, soul gazes require a conscious effort on the part of the wizard, and Harry only engages in them as a last resort. (shrugs) I can defintely see where having your lead need to constantly avoid eye-contact would be problematic in a TV show, though.

I can see that angle for the TV!verse and the reasons behind it, glad to hear that they don't plan on losing it completely.

I gave the first book to my mom, she called me up the next day and called me an evil child: she started reading it and stayed up till four in the morning to finish it.

It's weird, since I've only two eps to go on, but reading the books I keep waiting for more Murphey.

Heroes: Nathan, you dirty dog! Oh dear gods, I'm not that fan that can root for an uncle/niece ship. Incest! No!

Goodbye, sweet Claire/Peter.

*comforts self with the idea that she was jailbait to begin with*

An argument for the theory that Peter sacrifices himself to save the world.
