Numero Cinco ,'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Definitely not Thomas Mann.

I think Thomas Mann is long dead, too, so I was going to be impressed if he really was on a TV show! Now the fact that the differentiator-module in my brain eventually settled on Terence Howard, rather than Terrence Mann, well, at least I got somebody alive and plausible.

In sum: IMDB is good, even for people who spend a lot of time on Broadway.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

There's IBDB for Broadway shows, by the way.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I think Thomas Mann is long dead, too, so I was going to be impressed if he really was on a TV show!

A sci-fi show no less, and not titled Death on Venus.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Terrence Mann was on the Dresden Files!

What?! Well, I'll have to stop waiting for my dvr watching buddy and just watch last week's by myself, then.

I'm sorry, with his entire body of work, my two favorite Terry Mann lines are, "You're doing fine. Bring it down a little." from A Chorus Line, and my all-time number one fave: "We're here for the Crites." from Critters. A badass Browncoat before the Browncoats were even thunk of.

Also! Was channel skimming last night and found Hiro and YoSaffBridge on a rerun of Without A Trace. Eeee!

Also, also? When we lived in Nurnberg we lived on Thomas Mann Strasse. See? Circular. In a totally tangled string-theory way.

Anyone in the US miss the first episode of the Dresden Files? It's on iTunes right now for free, so if you want it, get it quick!(cause it's typically not free for long)

Well, it and this week's episode of Heroes are going to be repeated on Scifi tomorrow. (Heroes at 6 Central and The Dresden Files right after it.)

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Well, it and this week's episode of Heroes are going to be repeated on Scifi tomorrow.

Dresden was on SciFi today at 6 Eastern, too.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Ben Edlund delivers us some good Supernatural, yet again.

Poor Ronald. That look of joy when he realized it really was a monster was priceless, though.

Poor Dean and Sam. As Dean said, they are so screwed.

I'm actually suprised Agent McNasty didn't have someone locate and boot or at least keep an eye on the Metalicar. If he knows so much about Sam and Dean, he's got to know what their car looks like.

Nice use of "Renegade", though. (Of course, it doesn't hurt that I really like the song anyway.)

(Edited to remove a "was" and add a "though".)
