And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

This one makes me think step one, cut a hole in a box...

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

And then, you know, turn it into a Teen Girl Novel Style book cover for the story in question.
I was getting thinky about it but was in absolutely no way distracted by going and rereading the story in question. Nuh and uh.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Young Ackles was so very pretty, wasn't he? I'm glad he's had a chance to develop his acting chops and grow into Depp-esque handsomeness.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Because I think I would have run away.

Well, somebody had to be Chad Michael Murray before Chad Michael Murray finished puberty!

(N.b. I don't actually know how old Chad Michael Murray is.)

Christ, it was the one with the Superman shirt that got me. Damn.

Jensen and I are basically of an age, but I don't remember "fey 1950s greaser" being in style during our teen years.

I'm sure some of those pictures will be used in preparing illustrations for genderswap stories. He's really androgynous in some of those, and I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself.

See, I don't find that DOOL-era JA attractive. It's soft and cute and floppy and I wouldn't have expected him to have any acting talent at all, frankly. Reminds me of my response to Tom Welling when SV started (which I still don't watch and I still don't find him attractive). So I'm happy he's aged a bit and gotten a little wear on him. Also no more floppy hair, yikes.

::cough::

Maybe.

Possibly.

If I can find where I put my pencils and sketchbook. (In my defense, I'd been vaguely planning on drawing a genderswapped Dean as soon as I found a decent photo for reference. Which, typed out, isn't much of a defense. But still.)

He's a pretty little puppy, with a perfect little angel face, and he looks like he belongs in a Sears catalogue with soft lights and fuzzy sweaters. I'd like to say that I would have patted him on the head and told him to call me in 10 years, but at the time I would have been wearing an oil-smeared movie theater apron and visor, and generally not interested in someone prettier than I was, not to mention a preppy athlete.

What is even happening?

Apropos of nothing Ackles, I watched an episode of Eureka for the first time, last night. Today, I checked imdb, to find it was the season finale. This is the story of my TV life.

So have Allison and Jack been married and expecting for the previous 11 episodes, and the whole world just changed, or was all the world changing confined to this episode?
