it's very distracting for me to watch shots of them walking together because i'm so aware that Jensen is walking ahead of Jared to make it look like Jared's not a million times taller than him.
IMDB also says that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is 6'1''(the same height they have listed for Jensen, ftr) and JDM is obviously taller than him too. thought not by much. i don't think JDM is all that tall either. he's more average, i think. he might be 6', but i think that'd be pushing it.
a lot of actors are majorly short. i was shocked when i met some of the Buffy people for the first time.
Adrianne Palicki, who played Jessie, is listed at 5'11'' on IMDB and I believe it. She is one tall woman. JP made her look dainty.
I still need to go back and rewatch the pilot to see how tall JA looks standing next to her.

he looks a good 4 or 5'' shorter than him to me. *shrug*
Which would make him about 6' tall.
I'd still guess a hair under 6', but I'm notoriously crap at pegging height, even for people I've seen in person.
Meanwhile: still damn pretty.
