Yay! I'll teach you the secret handshake. I think it involves flailing about and muttering "Oh, !"
You need to Youtube this.
Seriously.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

That's a large part of the appeal of Dean, isn't it?
Oddly yes. He's blatant about what he wants so you'd know what you were getting. A night (or afternoon) of hot fun and the he'd drive off into the sunset blaring Zeppelin.
As much as I'm really falling for this show and I think it's great. I'd love to see what it would be like on FX after 10 or Showtime or HBO. But I guess that's what fic is for.
tiggy, I don't watch, but I noticed clarrie saying she thought it was
Cindy, from what i remember clarrie is an old school Who watcher. a lot of those people seem to be unhappy with what Russell T Davies is doing with the series. me? i never watched old school. Eccleston was my first and i'm loving what they're doing with him. they just better not replace Tennant any time soon. don't think i could take another regeneration.
Hmm. It's been a while since I watched old school Doctor, but I guess I can't call myself a purist since this new stuff is fun too. Different fun, but I've gone through puberty now, so I like different fun.
Watched Runaway Bride and pretty much enjoyed it. David Tennant...he's no Eccleston, my one true (post-puberty) Doctor love, but the moments when he was standing in the water and the fire and was grimly accelerating the extermination of a race, finishing the business his people had thought they'd done--well, Donna read that whole thing right. He needs temperance. I liked her too. I didn't find her irritating--plausible and adaptable (well, as plausible as accepting the TARDIS can be) and full of fire, but still vulnerable.
I thoroughly enjoyed The Runaway Bride. I was entertained and also touched by the remembering Rose moments. I think the fact that I saw the finale from last season so long ago made it less emotional for me than it would've been if I'd seen it right after.
I loved the character of Donna. They were great together in the funny moments and the quieter ones.
Now I can't wait for the next season.
I'm kind of appalled by how much I like the character. Like, I like him more than I like Buffy. I wasn't sure that was possible.
I knooooow.
I don't know. Maybe it's something about how you can see the normal boy he could have been, the one who wanted to be a fireman when the floods rolled back. That loving little boy, with blood on his face and a knife in his hand, telling hell where to go fuck itself.
Well, that did it. I'm ordering S1 of SPN off Amazon right now.
Damnit, you said Runaway Bride and I didn't know what you meant! Please use show titles not just episiode titles in spoilery posts!
I think that the finale was okay -- but I think that season 2 was really uneven.
