Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Remember last season, when everyone else was downloading, and I waited until broadcast, just out of solidarity for you, being non-download-able? HMMMMM?
(Okay, fine, that wasn't the only reason. Shut up.)

If last season had been like this season, we totally would have caved!
In other news, I seem to have written 1,000 words of SGA this afternoon. Woo!
we totally would have caved!
We so totally would. I would have been burning things to disc and sending them to you.

You're forgiven! For flashfic? What challenge?

And when I got them in the mail I would have called you and made you listen to me watch them.

Something set between The Returns. Could work for the Earthside challenge OR the Phone Calls challenge OR Buildings and Food. Want me to send it when I'm done? I don't know how much internet access you have.
Definitely send it. I'll be on and off, depending on the day.
Holy cow. They're showing The Day After on Sci-fi right now. I barely remember anything from the movie - I more remember how hyped it was. And Jason Robards. I think I have to watch. Was it a mini-series, or two-parter or something?
Yeah, that'll get you in the Christmas spirit, alrighty.
I'm pretty sure it's just a longish movie. The original showing was all in one night, IIRC.
I tell you what, good thing it was hyped as much as it was back in the day, because half an hour in? OMGSOBORING. Yet, I cannot look away.
ETA: Missiles firing? Always. Creepy.
