GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Looks like we were right about there not being a bomb, though Peter getting nuke!boy's powers and accidently blowing up was a new twist.

Apparently there was quite a bit of dissension in the Ranks of Evil.

I wonder if Mr. Bennet even knows the Haitian can speak, considering Eden's comment.

HIRO'S GOING TO FIGHT A DINOSAUR!!! WITH THE SWORD!!!!

I totally loved Hiro's reaction to it.

Yeah, I think Eden's power didn't work because 1) Sylar was ready for it 2) He hadn't just fallen off a building 3) She didn't have the HS as a backup this time. Last ep it looked like Sylar was resisting until he showed up to help. I wonder if, in addition to dampening powers, he can amplify them (in last episode's case, Eden's.)

Though I think, considering Mr. Bennet's mention of never encountering someone with multiple powers before Sylar, the Haitian's power-dampening only extends to mental powers. His "power" is a full, or near-full, suite of comicbook telepath powers.

I also wonder if Peter's illness is actually from absorbing some of Sylar's genetic instability.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

It's not just that Eden's power didn't work, it's that Sylar's telekinesis did. Mr. Bennett said Sylar's powers wouldn't work.

Also, did anyone else find it strange that they would just let Isaac walk away from the holding facility, memories apparently intact?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I have this eerie mental image of additional partial brains with their various powers stashed throughout Syler's body like extra donor kidneys...

Um. So I just watched the latest Torchwood. I was terribly pleased by Jack's twin acrobat boyfriends, and la la la. But. Seriously. Did Ianto just offer to have kinky stopwatch sex in Jack's office at the end of the episode?

I... honestly can't think of another explanation.

My theory is they had some kind of power-dampening thing on the cell, which Eden had to turn off in order to try and "push" him. Which, of course, backfired.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I assumed that whatever was keeping Sylar from using his powers would work until he figured out how it worked. At which point he would break it.

That makes sense too. Though I wonder what they could construct that would stop Sylar's assorted powers, but not Eden's.

I was just coming in here to post a "what the-?" about that. It makes me kind of happy to go with yes, that is what he meant, so I think I will.
