I have to admit that when I saw the history of Lee & Kara montage I thought that this was going to be the end of things rather than the beginning. (Changed my mind at the actual end.)
Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
wait. didn't Kara and Lee have sex last season after a night of drinking together? and then she was all, "there's nothing here! get over yourself! OMG!" or am i remembering wrong? (entirely possible because i tend to multitask while watching.)
also? i miss Billy.
I think she blew him off before they got to the actual sex, IIRC.
Yeah, they got drunk and made out, but there was no sex that time.
I think for me, Kara's confusing because I haven't seen fear on her face. Nor bravado masking fear, or other emotional disguises. The read of fear of loving another Adama makes sense, but feels very divorced from her expressions.
I don't feel sorry for Dee because just last season I was rolling my eyes at her about hopping from Billy to Lee in such a cavalier fashion
what I did read from Kara was anger and a need to pick a fight (like she said to Sam, and which they emphasised in the Previouslies, that she needed to hurt someone [after her experience with Leoben]).
Anger at the universe after her imprisonment, and anger with herself for the choice she made in marrying Anders, anger at Lee for catching her out that night and making her express something that scared her: "the Old man knows when to make his moves, and when to hold back, unlike his son."
Hmmm, for Kara, sleeping with Lee probably brings back Zack for her. He's always going to be the third person in their relationship, for good and bad.
Congrats, Kalshane!
Oh, you can pre-order Doctor Who series two.
Looks like Simon has another part-time gig. (I never watched "Fallen" so had no idea.)
