Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

They could have at least let it run through the full 14 and given the writers time to tie up some of the loose ends.

NBC/Universal is doing that with Kidnapped. It makes a lot of sense, especially if you're going to sell a DVD boxed set.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Man, Karen Sisco. That was a great show. Stupid network and their trigger happy fingers.

*sigh* I'd almost forgotten about her. Another one that they should DVD but they haven't.

I'd missed that The Nine had officially been cancelled.

Aww, and just when it was starting to grow on me.

"Would you mind not farting while I'm saving the world?" - Doctor Who

Man, Karen Sisco. That was a great show. Stupid network and their trigger happy fingers.

At least it's being shown in syndication. Caught an episode a couple of weeks ago on one of the myriad cable channels my service provider offers.

I don't mind if a ton of folks watch it and it's popular. Kinda sucks when you have a shiney cool show and they don't advertise it and cancel it after one season

Heh. Couldn't agree more. I was being, er, understated in my glee - for effect. I am quite thrilled that Heroes is hugely popular. Gives me a warm fuzzy, in fact.

The evil is this way?

And I'm happy that we at least got to find out what Jeremy did.

What was it? I missed a couple of episodes of "The Nine" and now it looks like they'll be no reruns to catch up.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pffftt. There could have been aliens in the Nine, eventually.

Lee, thanks.

But I thought "The Nine" (RIP) was a genre show. It was marketed like "Lost", which I took to be one. But I see your point. There's no, Sci-Fi/horror/etc. in "The Nine." And with the cancellation, I guess no Big Gay Sex between Nick Cavanaugh and Egan Foote.

Kathryn Hale's mother was one for sure!!
