That's what we're for. We're always right.

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Next year I'll just email the scripts to the board and you guys can proof them.
Actually that'd be amazingly fun.
Also the worst idea ever, but that's much of the fun, isn't it?
I'll make sure all the commas are in order.
Oh, to see the board (try to) come to a consensus on a single script...
Oh, to see the board (try to) come to a consensus on a single script...
there would me much wailing and gnashing of teeth

Well, you guys did that "Spiral" rewrite together.
Just got the numbers.
We held! We're still over 2 and the demographics adjusted to give us better 25-54 range. Which is good.
So it's good. And Sci Fi has said that they'll be putting more ad money our way. Yay!
What are you guys thinking so far? Which tones work? What falls flat? What do you want more of? And oh-my-god-please-no-more less of?
Next year I'll just email the scripts to the board and you guys can proof them.
Heh. You've obviously never been over to the bureacracy thread. Our instincts may be good but we're pickier than any producer on the face of the planet--and that's even when we can agree on stuff.
The hairnet and booties cracked me up.
So it's good. And Sci Fi has said that they'll be putting more ad money our way. Yay!
SWEEEET!
I like how you're doing what you're doing, Colin. I trust your comic and dramatic instincts (there's a news alert), and it's great when you get to play to your strengths. So, ah, do that more.
I like the idea of an overarcing mystery, but too much cute teasing is never good (see also "Sex? Are they?"). The setup with Allison is terribly predictable, something that could be guessed from just looking at character synopses. And I don't think you guys are setting the screen on fire.
Also, it's important (in my review) to avoid the Gilmore Girls curse of really annoyingly twee townspeople. I haven't seen that so far--the guy I'm seeing recurring most is the cafe guy and he's cool. But it sounds like a mistake someone could easily make with this setup, so I hope Andrew doesn't.
Oh, and a reason for Frewer's accent wouldn't go amiss.
