Chemistry trivia: Sulfuric acid doesn't act that way when a small amount like that is spilled on skin. It raises sort of yellowish blisters instead, and is mostly painless (at first). A small amount of nitric acid, OTOH, would burn in the way it was shown. Of course, that assumes the victim isn't mutating.

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Oh, dear. Our hero is down...
Did Colin mention being written out?
Heh. Not that I recall...
Hmmm. The artifact ate Carl. Bye, Carl.
Man, Carter got hit in the chest with an anti-aircraft missile.
Who was opening the doors of Section 5 as Carl was going in?
At the end? I assumed Carl did it telekinetically. At the beginning there was at least one security guy there, the one who was carrying Carter.
I wonder if Allison resents the fact that Random Lab Tech Pushing The Gurney apparently has a higher security clearance than she does.
I really, really liked this ep. Don't have much to say about it yet, but I really did like it a lot.
And OMGWTF FARSCAPE! in the SG1 promo!! Whee! (Though I do have a feeling that as a latecomer to the show, most of the ep is going to fly right over my head. Oh well.)
Jessica, while there will likely be stuff you won't get, I'm fair certain they'll have plenty of jokes for those knowledgable enough to get that one.
By the way, I love your tag, WindSparrow. (For the record: Slightly psychic tag: Soon witty text will appear here, just to amuse you. Any second now. Really. I mean it.)
Thanks, Calli. I've been waiting for weeks for someone, anyone, to appreciate that. I made it up all by myself.
Woo! And, I might add, Hoo! I actually got to see Eureka as it aired tonight. And got paid for it. I love my job! Alas, tv-watching is not my sole duty. Still, it was great to see the show at the same time as everyone else in this time zone.
That is cool.
Fun episode.
I kind of thought that the entrance to room 5 looked like a Stargate.
