Uh, are we gonna fight, or is there just gonna be a monster sarcasm rally?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Heroes has officially won me over with this ep. Gotta love future Hiro!

Yup. This episode finally hooked me. And I love that future!Hiro looks like a comic-book character.

Also totally wasn't expecting that Peter's power is actually to be able to piggy-back the power of others.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Mark your calendars -- Colin alert! Lo and behold, as I was watching Frasier reruns on the Lifetime channel, they advertised a movie called The House Next Door. It's set for October 30th.

The description says: When you think of haunted houses, you picture cobwebs, broken windows and rickety floors. But the house next door to the Kennedys is brand-new, an architect's dream — and 100% pure evil! It has unspeakable power over anyone who lives inside or dares to enter. This spooky story (just in time for Halloween!) is based on Anne Rivers Siddons' novel that Stephen King calls "one of the greatest haunted-house stories ever."

Colin's costars are Lara Flynn Boyle and Mark-Paul Gosselaar.

And the multitudes were gladdened for a Colin sighting during the Eureka drought.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Also totally wasn't expecting that Peter's power is actually to be able to piggy-back the power of others.

Ha. Really? And, usually, you're so on top of things. People have been speculating that for weeks. I was surprised they brought it to the fore so quickly. Which is becoming an increasing occurrence with this show.

Vengeful Claire is kind of awesome, although she's also kind of scary.

I'm glad we finally got to see Mirror!Niki. That was really nice.

And Future Hiro! Aaaaaahh!!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Mirror!Niki seems to be a split personality with superpowers I wonder if it's just a matter of teaching Niki to control it. Mirror!Niki only seems to come out when Niki's in trouble. Maybe it's an artificial construct of Niki's subconscious to deal with things that she can't handle .

"Would you mind not farting while I'm saving the world?" - Doctor Who

Can we really call it a drought? At least they're showing Eureka repeats. Hopefully they'll be able to grab a few more viewers. I wonder how many cycles they'll run through before they put something else in that slot until Summer. I'm praying that they won't fill it with expanded ECW coverage.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

OMG now I can't WAIT to watch Heroes when I get home!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Totally loving HEROES, especially scary, bad-ass future Hiro (I wonder how far; from his English, I'd say it was WAY more than the 5 weeks for the current story line).

Not!Nikki was pretty cool too ("Nikki's not here right now." WHAM!).

So is Claire going to have a grusome mishap (either accidentally or on purpose) every episode? Because she's starting to give Kenny from South Park a run for his money.

"Oh my god, they damaged Claire!" "You bastards!!!"

When you're racing - it's life. Anything that comes before or after is just waiting.

Dear god, not expanded coverage of ECW!!! ::passes out at the thought of seeing another ECW commercial::

You'd think with the viewer numbers Eureka had SciFi would be showing repeat eps at least 2x/week like they were during the regular season. :D Probably already been discussed, but I found it odd that network didn't show "Before I Forget" during the marathon since Kim and the memory-wipe device were both in the finale.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Totally loving HEROES, especially scary, bad-ass future Hiro (I wonder how far; from his English, I'd say it was WAY more than the 5 weeks for the current story line).

Muuuuch longer. Future samurai-Hiro had a ponytail. And he didn't seem like the extensions type.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I missed the first 25 minutes of Heroes. I am bummed. Still, enough going on to keep me watching closely for the rest of the show. Interestingly enough, I find that I don't mind missing plotty stuff because there is so much happening that is cool to watch.
