Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

'Out Of Gas'

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Heh -- instead of SMG's voice, it should have been Kristen Bell's.

Or Eliza Dushku's.

We are back up to a 1.9 HH rating!

I like the fact that after we dropped that 1.4, we had a 1.84 and then a 1.9. It's a good way to end.

Yay! I called the DP and the line producer last night to see if they would be coming back. Got answering machines - but I think it's crucial that they come back.

Time to get everyone onside.

Art Crawl!!!

Webisode 10: Hmmmm, interesting. So Duck is a mole for the Resistance and Jammer is the same for the Cylons.

Is Episode 7 of the Eureka Webisodes the last one?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Yay! for good ratings. Yay! for coming back.

Good luck with the DP and Line Producer; crew continuity sounds like it would be a good thing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love how much care and concern you're evincing. Investment.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Seriously.

I like the fact that after we dropped that 1.4, we had a 1.84 and then a 1.9. It's a good way to end.

That sounds like people went to watch fall premieres, but then came back the next week.

"people went to watch fall premieres"

Well true or not, that's the way I'm gonna spin it.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I think Tuesdays are a really difficult day. There are about six shows I'd be watching if I had time.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yeah, Tuesdays are very busy, particularly at 9.

"Would you mind not farting while I'm saving the world?" - Doctor Who

The more I think about it the better I feel about Eureka coming back as a 13 episode summer series. It won't have to compete with regular season programming on the major networks and can pick up people bored with summer re-runs, much like Monk did. How cool would it be if there were eventually cross-over viewings on the major network parent?

Keeping fingers crossed that the DP, LP and 8 day shooting schedule work out.
